### Key Responsibilities:
* Provide data entry and analysis support for content deals to global records, and for arenaflex's direct-to-consumer services around the world (media and region responsibilities will shift based on abilities and experience)
* Support global record deal analysis and post-deal deal management for SVOD and DTC deals
* Collaborate with Content Outreach, Business Affairs, Legal, Finance, and Accounting teams to ensure seamless execution of content deals and financial analysis
* Provide precise and timely availability of all content (including films, DTC firsts, verbose content, promotions, rewards, interstitials, etc.) for our DTC services, considering complex holdbacks and limitations originating from existing licenses, fundamental freedoms, and music issues, different MVPD/BDU limitations, and accessibility of resources
* Support the management of arenaflex's direct-to-consumer (DTC) services:
+ Provide precise and timely availability of all content (including films, DTC firsts, verbose content, promotions, rewards, interstitials, etc.) for our DTC services, considering complex holdbacks and limitations originating from existing licenses, fundamental freedoms, and music issues, different MVPD/BDU limitations, and accessibility of resources
+ Aid the development of global and regional content windows and rules, planning among DTC and Content Outreach groups, and enter and maintain such rules, by region, in Disney Stage Conveyance's rights management situation (Rightsline)
+ Review and update rights passages with territorial DTC and Content Outreach groups on a quarterly basis to help preparation of DTC quarter-end accounting explanations
+ Support continuous content valuation of DTC by providing global market information and comps
+ Provide fundamental rights management support to DTC domain launches, new features, and emerging business plans
* Prepare analysis and presentation materials based on impromptu senior leader and client demands that may include new distribution methodologies, sales reporting for reviews and finance, market trends, and best practices
* Work with Finance and anticipating Content Deals ultimates, yearly working plans, and long-range plan presentations
* Assist with legal with organization and cooperation reviews
* Liaise with resource delivery groups and business process on adjusting issues
### Key Undertakings:
* Make analysis and presentation materials based on impromptu senior leader and client demands that might include new distribution methodologies, sales reporting for reviews and finance, market trends, and best practices
* Work with Finance and anticipating Content Deals ultimates, yearly working plans, and long-range plan presentations
* Help legal with organization and cooperation reviews
* Liaise with resource delivery groups and business process on adjusting issues
### Required Education, Experience/Abilities/Training:
* At least 3 years in the media and media industry
* Profound involvement in financial modeling, complex financial analysis, advanced Excel abilities, and involvement in analyzing a lot of data
* Solid office with understanding and investigation of agreements, and fundamental administrative drafting (e.g., notes)
* Solid office with PowerPoint and presenting to chiefs
* Demonstrated history in successfully managing and building strong relationships with a wide range of partners
* Some involvement with global media distribution
