Experienced Customer Experience Advisor (Part-Time) – Remote, Nashville

Your responsibilities will include: * Delivering nothing-but-wonderful customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations * Learning our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders, manage customer relationships, and stay up-to-date on product information * Utilizing internal communication software to collaborate with teammates, management, and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and a cohesive customer experience * Identifying trends and pain points, and developing innovative solutions to optimize each customer's experience * Staying energized and motivated in a high-volume work environment with limited supervision, while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail **Who You Are:** We're looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience Advisor at careerzynith, you'll be: * A creative and innovative problem solver who thinks outside the box and continually seeks ways to improve processes and customer interactions * A sensitive and skillful communicator who can adapt their tone and communication style to suit different audiences and situations * Eager to learn new technology systems and procedures, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities * Highly proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for multitasking * Able to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity and motivation * Excited to represent careerzynith and facilitate meaningful customer interactions, with a passion for building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service **Requirements:** To succeed as a Customer Experience Advisor at careerzynith, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * Be available to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls (Google Meet can be accessed through any web browser, but works best with Google Chrome) * Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise (i.e., home office) in which you'll fulfill your shifts * Be able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT * Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season * Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router (a laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided) * Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) **Extra Credit:** While not required, we encourage applicants with: * Customer service experience * Experience working from home **About Us:** At careerzynith, we're driven by a passion for innovation, a commitment to inclusivity, and a desire to make a meaningful impact on people's lives.
