**What You'll Do:**
As a Customer Experience Advisor at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our brand, providing top-notch support to customers via email and live chat. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering nothing-but-wonderful customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations
* Learning our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders, manage customer relationships, and stay up-to-date on product information
* Utilizing internal communication software to collaborate with teammates, management, and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and a cohesive customer experience
* Identifying trends and pain points, and developing innovative solutions to optimize each customer's experience
* Staying energized and motivated in a high-volume work environment with limited supervision, while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail

**Requirements:**
To succeed as a Customer Experience Advisor at careerzynith, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* Be available to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls (Google Meet can be accessed through any web browser, but works best with Google Chrome)
* Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise (i.e., home office) in which you'll fulfill your shifts
* Be able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
* Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
* Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router (a laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided)
* Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
**Extra Credit:**
While not required, we encourage applicants with:
* Customer service experience
* Experience working from home
