**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting the development and implementation of paid media examination capabilities to drive business growth and optimize marketing spend
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions
* Designing and implementing data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights and drive business decisions
* Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders
* Developing and maintaining databases, data models, and data pipelines to ensure data quality and integrity
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders, including data requests, ad-hoc analysis, and reporting

**Essential Qualifications:**
