**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Chat Operator – Automotive Industry Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably, and turning conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. **Key Responsibilities**
* Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to their inquiries, and providing solutions to their needs
* Represent arenaflex and our automotive dealer clients favorably, maintaining a positive and professional image
* Convert conversations into leads, driving revenue growth for our clients
* Utilize your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers
* Collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
* Must live within the state of Kansas
* Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
* Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
* Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions – this is a remote position
* Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
* Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
* Gaming experience is preferred
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (communications, marketing, or business) preferred
* 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the automotive industry or a related field
* Knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management principles
* Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer engagement tools
* Certification in customer service or sales (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP))
