As a customer support specialist, you'll be the face of careerzynith, working directly with customers to resolve issues and provide exceptional service. You'll be responsible for performing mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment, as well as investigating and repairing equipment. Your positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently will make you a valuable asset to our team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment as per company standards
* Investigate and repair pop fountain equipment
* Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
* Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software, and cosmetic appearance
* Remain positive, work as a team player, and create excellent customer support-oriented organizations
* Ability to lift 50 pounds
* Adaptability to work on Saturdays or Sundays and holidays as needed
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Secondary School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
* Valid driver's license
* Technical inclination to fix machines
* Ability to lift 50 pounds
