**Position Description**
We're seeking highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Associates to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls
* Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers
* Providing accurate and timely information to customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Working with a variety of clients and their products, services, and programs, including appointment scheduling, insurance lead qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting
* Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
* Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once the nesting period is complete
* Adaptability in a fast-changing environment
* A computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements (Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better, Windows 10, 8GB RAM, webcam, and high-speed internet access with download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10)
* A quiet workspace with a dedicated desk
* Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training program (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST or 8am-4pm CST)
