**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Specialist on our night shift team, you will be responsible for:
* Providing high-quality customer support via email, phone, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to customer issues.
* Collaborating closely with the Tier 2 and Development teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
* Analyzing and escalating complex cases to ensure fast and effective resolutions.
* Maintaining and improving key support metrics (CSAT, FRT, ART, RT, etc.).
* Continuously developing product knowledge and staying up to date with new features.
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 3-5 years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on technical support.
* Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and address customer concerns.
