You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer experiences, resolve issues efficiently, and drive business growth through data-driven insights. **Key Responsibilities** - Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner - Provide exceptional customer experiences through timely and effective issue resolution - Collaborate with the team to drive business growth through data-driven insights - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and data entry - Utilize Microsoft suite to manage and analyze data - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer experiences **Essential Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment - Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions - Data entry and/or typing experience - Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills - Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills - Experience with Microsoft suite - Detail-oriented **Preferred Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree - 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing - 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment - Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy **Skills and Competencies** - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Detail-oriented and organized with a strong focus on accuracy - Proficient in Microsoft suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook - Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes - Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
