Our flagship product, Happy Ring, is a game-changing biometric monitoring platform that's designed for large-scale deployment, combining exceptional wearability and clinical accuracy in a single device. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Support Representative (Nights and Weekends), you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our patients and research participants through digital channels, including chat, email, and messaging platforms. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting issues related to our products and services, while also ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and support. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Engaging with patients and research participants via chat, email, and messaging platforms to provide empathetic, clear, and timely responses to their inquiries. * Assisting patients with troubleshooting issues related to our products or services, and documenting customer interactions and escalating complex cases as needed. * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure patients receive the highest level of care and support. * Gathering feedback from patients to help improve our digital support experience. * Upholding company policies and best practices while assisting patients. **Internal Support & Logistics** In addition to providing exceptional patient support, you'll also be responsible for monitoring and reporting any technical issues or trends in patient concerns, as well as assisting with tracking and coordinating inventory, including patient device logistics.
