As a key member of the Corporate Affairs Team within the Government Affairs Division at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in promoting and selling air travel on our airline. Your responsibilities will be diverse and engaging, and you'll have the chance to make a real impact on our customers' experiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Promote and sell air travel on arenaflex
* Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets
* Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
* Communicate with customers over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights
* Communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect the customer
* Collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service and support
**All You'll Need for Success**
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and qualifications. Here's what we're looking for:
**Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
* Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
**Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:**
* Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
* Experience working in the airline industry or a related field
* Knowledge of Native SABRE or similar systems
* Ability to demonstrate high levels of initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable
**Skills, Licenses & Certifications:**
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills
* Ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution
