• Follow a standardized order entry process to ensure 100% accuracy for all orders, submitting them electronically or by fax within the specified timeframes (48 hours for capital orders and 24 hours for service orders).
• Initiate and track documentation to authorize and direct work according to customers' contractual obligations, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to meet their needs.
• Demonstrate a high level of customer satisfaction, performing with honesty and integrity, and instituting a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.

**Essential Qualifications**
• 2+ years of work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry or field.
