**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Product Feedback and Improvement**: Summarize product feedback from merchants and suggest new ways to improve our app.
* **Non-CS Related Tasks**: Perform tasks such as researching tools, writing blog posts, or creating mockups, based on your natural abilities and interests.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* **Superb written and verbal communication skills**: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
* **Problem-solving and customer service skills**: Enjoy helping people and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
* **Technical proficiency**: Discuss technical concepts at a high level and have a basic understanding of CSS and JS, with a willingness to learn more.
* **Documentation and writing skills**: Ability to write technical documentation and articles.

* **Time zone overlap**: Ability to work with a 4-hour overlap with GMT 9am-6pm.
