**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our Medicare members through phone, email, and other communication channels. You'll be responsible for educating plan benefits, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Educate plan benefits, answer questions, and resolve issues based on incoming telephone member contacts
* Utilize compliant documentation standards to ensure accurate and timely resolution of member inquiries
* Provide empathetic and member-centric service, exceeding our members' expectations in every interaction
* Ensure that every member is shown respect, kindness, and all questions are thoroughly answered and resolved
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry trends to provide informed and accurate support to members
**Essential Qualifications**
* Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service
* Ability to apply patience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
* High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
* Equivalent military experience may be considered in lieu of education and experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Customer Service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting
* Education in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**

* Pay range: $17.00 - $27.90 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
