**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling incoming calls and emails with clarity, professionalism, and empathy, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective support.
* Providing knowledgeable support regarding Medicare Part D plans and insurance-related inquiries, demonstrating a deep understanding of insurance terminology and regulations.
* Acting as a liaison between clients, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and insurance carriers, facilitating seamless communication and resolving complex issues.
* Investigating and resolving claim issues and prescription problems efficiently, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need in a timely manner.
* Accurately documenting interactions and follow-ups in our systems, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
* Navigating databases and relevant websites to retrieve and input information, staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and regulations.
* Collaborating with team members to improve processes and resolve complex client concerns, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
* Completing required compliance training to meet regulatory standards, ensuring that our team is equipped to provide the highest level of service and support.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
