Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results, and we're always looking for talented individuals who share our vision. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in STRATFORD, CT. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for managing order entries, providing shipping estimates, processing credit card payments, and resolving customer issues with internet support groups. You'll also be working closely with our outside sales Account Executives to ensure seamless communication and timely order fulfillment. **Responsibilities** * Support outside sales Account Executives in managing customer relationships and ensuring timely order fulfillment * Convert sales/customer quotes into orders and manage order entry systems to ensure projects are on time * Check inventory levels and provide shipping estimates to customers * Answer emails and phone calls promptly, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner * Monitor order entry systems to ensure projects are on track and make adjustments as needed * Process credit card payments and resolve customer issues with internet support groups * Manage outbound and inbound account management using Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-up * Maintain customer relationships until project completion, providing exceptional service and support throughout the process **Essential Skills** * 1+ years of experience in Customer Service, with a strong focus on order management and account support * 6+ months of sales support experience, with a proven track record of converting sales/customer quotes into orders * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in using CRM software (Salesforce is a plus) * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and problem-solving **Additional Skills & Qualifications** * Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail * Experience with order entry or ERP systems is a plus, with a strong understanding of inventory management and shipping processes * Knowledge of CRM software and experience with data entry and management * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions **Pay and Benefits** * The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr, with opportunities for growth and advancement * Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, and may depend on your job classification and length of employment * Benefits available for this temporary role may include: + Medical, dental & vision + Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital + 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available + Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) + Short and long-term disability + Health Spending Account (HSA) + Transportation benefits + Employee Assistance Program + Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in STRATFORD, CT, with a dynamic and collaborative work environment. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on May 30, 2025, so don't wait – apply today! **About arenaflex** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
