**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Trainee and Special Project Administrator, you'll take full ownership of your responsibilities, arriving each day eager to learn, grow, and tackle new challenges confidently and enthusiastically in the following areas:
* **Customer Success**: Provide outstanding support, onboard new customers, and ensure they succeed with our tools. Propose and participate in ongoing organization-wide process improvement and operational efficiency projects.
* **Marketing Support**: Help develop and execute marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
* **Quality Assurance**: Test and provide feedback about our systems, tools, and end-to-end customer experience to ensure top-notch performance.
* **Event Planning**: Organize company and customer events to foster engagement and collaboration and support business outreach and development activities.
* **Human Resources**: Support HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, to make arenaflex an incredible workplace for all team members!
* **Administrative Support**: This position works closely with the Founder and others, performing a wide range of administrative tasks to enhance their effectiveness at implementing business strategies; sample duties include conducting research, compiling data and preparing presentations, assisting with proposals and contract management activities, executing/managing special projects, and executing/performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, handling information requests, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, processing expense reports, and providing other administrative support, as needed.
**Essential Qualifications**
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Some advanced educational studies (associate or bachelor's degree) are a plus, ideally in marketing, business, or a related field.
* Some marketing, customer success, and/or sales support work experience is highly desired but not required.
* Must possess "Day 1" proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. Working knowledge of general office equipment and the interest and ability to develop proficiency with other high-tech software and systems quickly (including, but not limited to, Zoom, Teams, CRM programs, etc.) is required.
* Ability to flex work hours as needed to meet time-critical business needs.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including mastery of correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, and tone, are required to interact effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
* Working independently while collaborating and building strong working relationships with others is critical, especially using digital, phone, and video technologies like Teams or Zoom.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Two years of related work history is strongly desired.
* Advanced educational studies (associate or bachelor's degree) in marketing, business, or a related field are a plus.
* Experience with CRM programs, marketing automation tools, and social media platforms is highly desired.
