**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* **Promptly and Effectively Managing All Incoming Calls**: You'll be the first point of contact for our clients and their members, and you'll be responsible for resolving their issues and answering their questions.
* **Conducting Research to Provide Effective Solutions**: You'll use your research skills to find solutions to complex problems and provide exceptional service to our clients and their members.
* **Documenting All Calls Accurately**: You'll be responsible for documenting all calls in our system, so we can track our progress and improve our processes.
* **Communicating Professionally, Empathetically, and Diplomatically**: You'll be the face of our company, and you'll be responsible for communicating with our clients and their members in a professional, empathetic, and diplomatic manner.

**Requirements**
To be eligible for this role, you'll need to:

* **Have a Minimum of 1 Year in a Single Job, Preferably in a Call Center Customer Service Environment**: You'll need to have at least 1 year of experience in a call center customer service environment to apply for this role.
* **Be Reliable and Have No Missed Time in the First 90 Days**: You'll need to be reliable and have no missed time in the first 90 days to be eligible for this role.
* **Be Able to Type 25 WPM**: You'll need to be able to type 25 words per minute to apply for this role.
* **Have Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills**: You'll need to have strong oral and written communication skills to be effective in this role.
* **Be Comfortable with Desktop Computer Systems**: You'll need to be comfortable using desktop computer systems and software to apply for this role.
