**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a full-time, rotational shift basis. As a night shift specialist, you'll be working from 12:00 am to 11:00 am, Monday to Sunday, with a 1-hour break. As a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

**Essential Qualifications**

* **At least 6 months of customer support experience**: Call center experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

**Technical Skills**
