With a focus on innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, we're creating a work environment that's both challenging and rewarding. **Key Responsibilities** As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and scheduling Zoom meetings to discuss their needs and preferences * Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring that they receive the best possible support * Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support as needed * Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments * Responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering creative solutions * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using CRM software and other sales tools * High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * Experience working in the benefits or insurance industry * Familiarity with Zoom and other video conferencing platforms * Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP) * Fluency in multiple languages, with a focus on serving diverse client populations **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering creative solutions * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using CRM software and other sales tools * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills and expertise.
