**The Role**
As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be the operational eyes and ears of arenaflex, responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. This is a part-time, remote role that requires a high level of accountability, flexibility, and technical expertise. You'll work independently, sometimes with minimal oversight, to monitor real-time metrics, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
* Monitor real-time metrics to maintain healthy call center production and proactively address signs of poor health
* Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a professional and courteous manner
* Communicate with arenaflex Operations and Product departments, and BPO leads to resolve issues related to the ordering platform or agent staffing
* Support the onboarding of new customers by creating accounts in arenaflex's database, verifying telephony setup, and answering questions
* Help maintain arenaflex's knowledge base for customers and assist in the creation of new SOPs
* Track and document all happenings in HubSpot, follow up on open tickets from earlier in the day/week
* Contact Restaurant partner locations as needed to facilitate order recovery

**What sets you up for success**
* 3+ years of experience in a data-heavy, technical-product-focused customer support/success role
* Flexible/open availability
* Metrics-savvy & Proactive: experience monitoring metrics real-time and making decisions based on data to protect business stability and efficiency
* Accountable & Independent: you're self-directed and take pride in your work
* Tech savvy: you're computer-savvy, with CRM/ticketing system experience preferred but not required
