Your key responsibilities will include: * Developing a strategy for successful adoption, long-term value, and business impact for key accounts * Facilitating executive meetings to drive progress towards desired business metrics and outcomes * Driving positive Net Promoter and candidate experience scores through initiatives with customers * Building relationships with key account contacts and internal partners on sales, product, and engineering teams * Identifying growth and expansion opportunities within the account portfolio **What is Required (Qualifications)** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 3 years of related experience in customer success, account management, or a related field * Experience working with enterprise or strategic level customers preferred * Experience managing client relationships in software as a service or technology environments * Experience consulting with Fortune 500 companies * Experience in project/change management and organizational development * Passion for outstanding customer service and account management * Strong organizational and prioritization skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to negotiate and reach consensus across diverse groups/teams * Collaborative and forward-thinking individual * Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)** While not required, having experience in the following areas will make you a strong candidate: * Knowledge of human resources/talent acquisition function * Experience in sales, consulting, training, or leading new initiatives in a corporate environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
