**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)**
As an Experienced Customer Success Manager at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive successful adoption, long-term value, and business impact for key accounts. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing a strategy for successful adoption, long-term value, and business impact for key accounts
* Facilitating executive meetings to drive progress towards desired business metrics and outcomes
* Driving positive Net Promoter and candidate experience scores through initiatives with customers
