The role involves supporting Litigation Paralegals with administrative tasks related to active litigation and pre-litigation disputes.
Responsibilities
- Working with operations teams on a variety of day-to-day needs
- Assisting with the management of active litigation and pre-litigation disputes
- Preparing various legal documents, including endorsements, tender letters, and releases
- Coordinating and responding to discovery requests and subpoenas
- Coordinating the collection of information necessary to evaluate our legal needs
- Assist paralegals in evaluating and resolving various legal issues
- All other duties as assigned
Skills
- Associate's degree or equivalent certificate
- Expert multi-tasker
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Work in office 3-days per week. Additional in-office days may vary per Division/Department
- Detail-Oriented: Highly attentive organized, and efficient, adept at managing details from various sources
