As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Job Summary** As a Customer Solutions Representative, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers' satisfaction with their home improvement projects. This will involve listening to customer complaints, obtaining facts pertinent to determining a solution, and negotiating with various parties involved in the project to obtain commitment to cover the costs and implement the resolution. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy workloads and complex situations with ease.
