Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our winning team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer concerns, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless interactions. Key Responsibilities
As an Automotive Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Ensuring all inbound inquiries are answered promptly, professionally, and according to script.
- Answering incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department, or taking messages.
- Scheduling customer appointments for the service drive.
- Assisting customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and warranties.
- Addressing and resolving customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to better assist customers.
- Documenting customer interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and approachable personality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using basic office software.
