**Job Type and Working Hours**

**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient way
* Providing accurate information about our products and services
* Updating customer accounts and records to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Processing orders and returns in a timely and accurate manner
* Collaborating with team members to improve customer service and achieve our goals
* Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations
* Following up with customers as needed to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues

**Hourly Salary Range**
The hourly salary range for this position is $25 – $45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
**Job Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
* Proficient in basic computer applications
* Customer service experience preferred, but not required
**Basic Educational Requirements**
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Additional certifications or training in customer service are a plus.
