**The Role**
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers throughout their car-buying journey. This will include:
* Guiding customers through the sales process, from initial contact to final sale
* Conducting vehicle condition assessments and communicating information to buyers
* Checking in and receiving vehicles that are shipped to arenaflex, and completing daily scanning and reconciliation of vehicle inventory
* Performing cosmetic inspections and ensuring that all vehicles meet arenaflex Quality Standards
* Completing various administrative duties, including printing daily reports, maintaining transaction paperwork, and contacting finance companies regarding customer contracts
* Creating service appointments and reviewing repair order invoices for retail service work performed
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the car-buying journey

**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
* Valid Driver's License
* Basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Ability to lift objects that weigh up to 25 lbs.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Experience with vehicle sales and customer service
* Basic knowledge of automotive industry and terminology
