We're seeking an exceptional Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction and relationship-building. **Job Description:** As a Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. You'll be the face of our company, handling high-volume calls and emails with a consistently friendly and efficient manner. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will enable you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including: * Managing and assigning emails to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries * Processing invoices from suppliers and delivering customer invoices in a timely manner * Receiving payments from customers and running credit card transactions with accuracy * Entering tracking numbers into our ERP and e-commerce websites to ensure seamless order fulfillment * Handling high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors, providing verbal and email quotes, and communicating with vendors to confirm price and availability * Processing orders with vendors and confirming order acknowledgments to ensure timely delivery * Keeping track of backorders and following up with vendors and customers to provide accurate ship dates * Preparing and reconciling monthly payments to vendors and keeping track of past-due invoices **Essential Qualifications:** * 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, customer support, and sales * Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors * Highly detail-oriented and proactive work ethic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service * High-level organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Friendly and patient demeanor in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure * Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with e-commerce software * Knowledge of industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment is a bonus * Ability to maintain confidential financial documentation and require minimal supervision to complete work and meet deadlines **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a similar role at an industrial supply company or e-commerce platform * Familiarity with ERP systems and e-commerce websites * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and vendors * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service * Proficient in Microsoft Office and e-commerce software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently * Ability to maintain confidential financial documentation and require minimal supervision to complete work and meet deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills and careers.
