**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Specialist 1, you'll be responsible for:

**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* At least six months of related experience or training in customer service, with a strong focus on resolving complex customer issues.
* A high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
* Proficiency in computer programs, particularly the Microsoft Office suite, with experience in data entry and payment reconciliation.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and resolve their inquiries.
