**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate IV at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Interacting with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions
* Taking and processing transactions via phone, internet, and correspondence from customers and representatives, and responding to inquiries about arenaflex's products or services
* Promoting and selling arenaflex's products or services, as well as investigating and resolving customer complaints
* Developing strong business relationships via arenaflex's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy
* Managing backlog orders and open orders, communicating late deliveries to the customer and internal teams as required
* Investigating credit and debit requests and queries to issue credit/debit as necessary
* Answering technical queries from customers using online technical references and offering alternatives using available resources
* Driving corrective actions and improvement projects that will raise customer satisfaction levels
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Typically 4 or more years of related work experience
* A high school diploma
* Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred
**Essential Qualifications**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex customer complaints
* Proficiency in using online technical references and resources to answer technical queries
