**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and drive sales growth

- Review purchased material problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized solutions

- Meet or exceed sales targets, customer satisfaction ratings, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
**Essential Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a sales or service environment
