**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Associate - Customer Service Expert, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer feels welcome and valued. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting every customer with a smile and making eye contact to create a positive first impression
* Acknowledging every waiting customer as soon as they arrive to let them know you'll be right with them
* Completing transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in conversation
* Helping customers with returns and exchanges, using best intentions and apologizing for any inconvenience
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and policies
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Retail experience preferred, but not required
* Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and think quickly on your feet
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic computer skills and ability to navigate our point-of-sale system
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
* Cash handling experience
* Previous experience working in a customer-facing role
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
