**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our store. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers, running the register, and cashiering with a smile
* Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to provide a seamless shopping experience
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment, both inside and out
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
* Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner
* Working collaboratively with our fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
* Coming up with creative solutions to problems and thinking on your feet to meet customer needs
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of driving sales and providing excellent customer care
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills

**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
* Experience working in a retail or convenience store environment, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and customer behavior

* A proven track record of driving sales, increasing customer satisfaction, and improving store performance
* Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability
**Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:
* Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with regular breaks to rest and recharge
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level, with proper lifting techniques and support
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds, with regular breaks to avoid fatigue
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, with proper lifting techniques and support
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional use of ladders to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
