If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, are highly motivated, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Assisting customers with their accounts, ensuring all account information is accurately documented in our client's system * Providing detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers * Assisting customers with delinquent accounts based on various state guidelines * Adhering to State and Federal regulations pertaining to your job duties * Maintaining an average Inbound Handle Time * Achieving Quality Assurance goals * Adhering to Production measures (time spent on calls, schedule adherence, etc) **Ideal Candidate Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Prior call center experience is REQUIRED * Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed * Experience navigating multiple systems/screens while speaking with customers * Active listening to understand the customers' needs * Great problem-solving skills * Must be proficient with Microsoft applications **System Requirements** As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will be required to maintain your own personal at-home working equipment that meets the following system requirements: * It is NOT a Mac * It is NOT a Chromebook * It is NOT a tablet or phone or iPad * It has the following: + Connected to the ethernet as WiFi needs to be disabled + Operating system: Win 10 22H2 or Win 11 - Windows 10 with build 10.0.22621 and up + Processor: i5 (or higher) or AMD Ryzen5 (or higher) + RAM: Minimum of 8 GB + Hard Drive available space: Minimum of 10 GB + Upload speeds: minimum 10 mbps + Download speeds: minimum 25 mpbs + Anti-virus software loaded to the machine + All Window’s updates will need to be completed * We highly recommend using the following, however Bluetooth versions of these items are permissible: + USB Wired Keyboard + USB Wired Mouse + USB Wired Webcam + Wired Headset + REQUIRED: - 2 (Dual) working monitors **Compensation and Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package, including: * $15.00/hour * Paid training * Comprehensive benefits package available: including medical, dental and vision, 401k retirement plan with employer matching, paid time off and paid holidays! **Career Growth Opportunities** At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
