**Responsibilities**
As a Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling emergency signals and notifications
* Notifying and verifying alarm signals
* Dispatching proper authorities as needed

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Customer service experience
* Weekends, holidays, and overtime flexibility
