**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Payments and Digital Strategy Team at arenaflex**

As a Customer Service Representative on the Payments and Digital Strategy team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences to arenaflex customers while navigating the complexities of digital payments and financial transactions. **Why you'll love this role** * You'll be part of a collaborative team that's passionate about innovation and customer satisfaction. * You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a rapidly evolving industry. * You'll work with cutting-edge technology and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency. * You'll be part of a company that values diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being. **What you'll do** * Complete daily tasks related to check processing, object processing, direct debits, and budget transfers at arenaflex. * Coordinate return objects with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions. * Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated accounting standard ledger balancing. * Work member cases/assignments and follow established guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws. * Process mortgage bills, multi-account, and member deposits, credit card bills, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks. * Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products. * Log, review, and make necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns. * Process Stop Pays and Check Batching. * Complete daily balancing and department closing. * Obtain information from contributors for timely and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests. * Research and verify incoming and outgoing budget transfer information. * Communicate with vendors to process budget transfers. * Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws. * Deposit check returns, review member returned checks on draft changes, process member checks, verify contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers. * Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees. **What you'll need for success** * Minimum Qualifications: + High school degree or GED + Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Preferred Qualifications: + Previous customer/member service experience + Previous banking or Credit Union experience + Episys/Symitar and processing wires * Skills, Licenses & Certifications: + Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) through work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software. + Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs. + Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills. + Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team. + Ability to perform mathematical calculations and review data. + Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure. + Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department. + Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and contributors. + Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision. + Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for interest to detail. + Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits. + Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance. + Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams. **What you'll get** * Feel free to take advantage of all that arenaflex has to offer: + Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
