**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at our airport lots. You will assist customers with various aspects of the rental or return process, including checking cars, processing rentals, and providing excellent customer service. This is an outdoor combination role that requires flexibility, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist customers with various aspects of the rental or return process, including checking cars, processing rentals, and providing excellent customer service.
* Work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
* Use handheld devices to process transactions and enter information accurately.
* Process rentals for loyalty customers and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.

**What We're Looking For**
* Valid Driver's License
* Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry
* Effective verbal communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
* Willingness to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
* Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
* 6 months of retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
