**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, both in-store and over the phone. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your friendly and approachable demeanor will set the tone for their experience with our brand. You will be responsible for taking orders, answering customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve our sales and customer satisfaction goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, both in-store and over the phone
* Take orders and answer customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

**Requirements**
* 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in customer service preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (not required but preferred)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

* Ability to speak multiple languages
