**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various touchpoints, including airport lots, rental and return processes, and loyalty customer services. You'll be the face of our brand, providing personalized support, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. **Key Responsibilities**
* Assist customers in different parts of the rental or return process on our airport lots, including checking cars, entering information in a handheld device, processing rentals of loyalty customers, and assisting customers at exit gates or checking-in cars at return.
* Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.
* Work outdoors, checking cars, and entering information in a handheld device, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
* Participate in on-the-job training and ongoing development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

**What We're Looking For**
* Valid Driver's License
* Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
* Effective verbal communication skills
* Willingness to work outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout rental lots and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
* Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
* 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
