We're seeking a highly skilled and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our remote team, contributing to the fulfillment of pet ID tag orders for customers throughout the USA and Canada. In this critical role, you'll ensure the accurate entry of engraving details, guaranteeing that every pet receives a personalized tag that meets their family's needs. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting engraving information from various order forms and emails, reading and interpreting handwritten addresses from both the US and Canada with precision, and completing data entry tasks on Fridays (by 2 PM) and Mondays (by 5 PM) to facilitate timely order processing.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Accurately input engraving information for pet ID tags from various order forms and emails, ensuring that every pet receives a personalized tag that meets their family's needs.
* Read and interpret handwritten addresses from both the US and Canada with precision, utilizing your exceptional attention to detail and knowledge of address formats.
* Complete data entry tasks on Fridays (by 2 PM) and Mondays (by 5 PM) to facilitate timely order processing, allocating approximately 5 hours weekly across both days based on the volume of orders received.
* Utilize your strong time management skills to consistently meet deadlines while working independently, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
**Required Skills**
* Exceptional typing skills, achieving 12,000+ keystrokes per hour or 60-80 words per minute, ensuring a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
* Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding names, addresses, and engraving specifications, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision.
* Familiarity with handwritten address interpretation from the US and Canada is highly preferred, with the ability to accurately read and interpret various address formats.
