As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing empathetic support to patients in need. If you're looking for a role that offers a sense of purpose, opportunities for growth, and a dynamic work environment, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, resolving issues and providing empathetic support to patients in need * Process prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage inquiries in a timely and efficient manner * Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and provide accurate information to patients * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling times, first-call resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment * 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and provide clear, concise information * Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone * Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions * Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, with knowledge of medication management and patient care **COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement** arenaflex requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. **Training Schedule** Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. Training will take place Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST. **Schedule Availability** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work in an overnight shift, Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST. You'll be assigned an 8-hour shift, 5 days a week, within this time frame. **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: Minimum: $17.02 Maximum: $27.16 Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
