As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume calls, resolving patient inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery of essential medications. If you're a customer-centric individual with a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle high-volume calls from patients and families, responding to inquiries about prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage * Provide empathetic and personalized support to patients, resolving their questions and concerns on the first call * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of patient issues * Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and access patient information * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications:** * At least 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment * 6+ months of high call center experience working with Windows, Microsoft, or another application * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues * Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications:** * 6+ months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone * Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions * Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting **COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement:** arenaflex requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. **Training Schedule:** Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role. Training will take place Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST. **Schedule Availability:** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm EST to 9:00 am EST.
