You'll work closely with various business departments to maintain and further develop our relationships with key accounts, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service. If you're a motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for sales and marketing, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and execute strategy for weekly and monthly marketing and sales plans, ensuring alignment with arenaflex's Business Plan and Director of Sales and Marketing's objectives * Work on a preferred customer list, developing and implementing new promotions and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement * Propose realistic marketing and communications strategies, objectives, and targets, leveraging industry trends and best practices * Implement marketing and communication campaigns based on strategy, utilizing various channels and tactics to reach key accounts and drive results * Attend conferences, trade shows, and industry events to represent arenaflex and build relationships with key accounts and industry partners * Collaborate with various business departments to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner **Essential Qualifications:** * High School Diploma or Equivalent; relevant work experience or demonstrated equivalent training also considered * Minimum of 1 year of related work experience or demonstrated equivalent training in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field * Strong decision-making ability and attention to detail, with a proven track record of meeting commitments and delivering high-quality results * Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key accounts and internal stakeholders * Positive attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges and adapt to changing priorities * Confident and mature attitude, with a strong sense of professionalism and integrity * Passion for entrepreneurial thinking and acting, with a desire to drive innovation and growth * Team building spirit, with a willingness to collaborate and contribute to a high-performance culture **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field * Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, with a track record of driving revenue growth and customer engagement * Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key accounts and industry partners * Multitasking ability, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines * Commitment to a high-performance culture, with a willingness to take on new challenges and drive innovation and growth **Work Environment and Company Culture:** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration.
