**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded. You will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support

* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

**Key Responsibilities**

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
