In this role, you'll be responsible for attending to customer requests, facilitating the coordination of necessary materials, and overseeing inventory accuracy. You'll also manage the fulfillment of customer orders, handle logistics, and communicate the benefits of our supply chain services to customers. **Responsibilities:** * Attend to customer requests and facilitate the coordination of necessary materials to ensure seamless supply chain operations. * Regulate and oversee inventory accuracy by implementing efficient control measures to uphold precise inventory levels, ensuring that our customers receive the right products at the right time. * Manage the fulfillment of customer orders for products or services, including receiving and sending out stock items. * Oversee the logistics of receiving and sending out stock items, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. * Handle inventory fulfillment operations at the customer facility, working closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences. * Share pricing specifics for products, whether they are newly launched or already in the market, to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. * Participate in ongoing improvement programs focused on enhancing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to drive efficiency and productivity. * Communicate the tangible benefits of our supply chain services to customers, showcasing the value we bring to their operations. **Essential Qualifications:** * The minimum age requirement for participation is 18 years. * Studying Supply Chain/Operations Management or having relevant industry know-how, particularly within the local market. * Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management. * Skilled in primary computer applications, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software. * Solid math skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to timeliness, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the job. * Motivated by personal drive, able to work independently, and committed to customer satisfaction, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service. * Comfortable operating within a sales-centric atmosphere, with a passion for building relationships and driving sales growth. * Competence in raising, gliding, transferring, and dropping packages with a weight spectrum of 25-50 lbs (up to 75 lbs). * Ability to clear a mandated drug test (pertains to the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Guam). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Possession of a valid driver's license from the country in which the job is located. * Accomplishing the necessary steps in a graduated licensing system to reach completion. * Strong desire among arenaflex staff to excel and progress in their careers within the company, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development. **About arenaflex:** Founded in 1967, arenaflex has evolved from a single branch into a Fortune 500 global distributor of industrial and construction supplies, with over 3,000 servicing locations.
