Get ready to enhance both your personal and professional life and take the leap! **Why You'll Love This Job** This role is part of the arenaflex Credit Association, and you'll be responsible for reviewing home equity loan applications and assisting arenaflex Acceptance Patrons in closing their credit. **What You'll Do** * Handle record setup for home equity loans, which includes providing necessary disclosures to individuals, discussing credit terms with them, and reviewing the loan for closing * Perform daily audits on the Home Equity pipeline * Process Closing Docs for home equity loans * Process Property Condition Reports for Home Equity Loans * Process Confirmation of Work for Home Equity Loan applicants * Perform booking of home equity loans * Input home equity loan information into daily Excel calculation sheets * Perform other duties as assigned The chosen candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and privacy of all records and related data, which is essential for their work, and for ensuring that their work is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act. **All You'll Need for Success** * Minimum Qualifications: + High school diploma or GED + 2 years of related experience, preferably in a credit association environment * Preferred Qualifications: + Training and previous professional experience + Experience in contract lending + Previous customer service experience * Skills, Licenses, and Certifications: + Proficient in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) acquired through either work experience with the software or education and extensive use of the software + Knowledge of Credit Connection and Episys Framework + Ability to practice exceptional customer and client service skills + Talented in excellent communication and interpersonal skills and professional phone habits + Ability to perform basic mathematical computations and analyze data + Ability to work in a high-speed environment, handle multiple tasks, and function as a vital part of a team in a diverse environment + Ability to interact professionally with all colleagues and individuals + Ability to adapt quickly and adjust well to change + Ability to self-motivate areas of strength and limit with regards to scrupulousness + Ability to focus on work and meet time constraints successfully + Ability to speak, read, and write Spanish is an asset + Ability to maintain acceptable performance and participation + Ability to pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Association pre-employment compliance checks **What You'll Get** Get ready to take advantage of everything arenaflex has to offer: * Medical benefits: On day one, you'll have access to your health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits to help you stay healthy.
