We're proud to offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and collaboration among our team members. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Loader, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service and support to customers who require guidance in making their purchase decisions * Engaging with customers in a helpful and polite manner, providing guidance and solving issues they may have * Obtaining, transporting, and re-stocking merchandise to ensure that our shelves are fully stocked and ready for customers * Providing safe and dependable assistance in moving merchandise for all parties, including customers and colleagues * Loading heavy items into customers' vehicles and ensuring that they are safely secured * Restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized store environment **Travel Requirements** While travel is not a regular aspect of this role, there may be times where you'll be required to attend meetings, trainings, or provide assistance to nearby stores. As a Customer Support Loader, you'll need to be flexible and willing to adapt to changing circumstances. **Working Hours and Availability** As a Customer Support Loader, you'll be expected to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, any day of the week. You'll need to be available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours based on the store's operational requirements. **Physical Demands** This role requires frequent lifting and moving of goods, necessitating safety precautions. You'll need to be physically capable of lifting 25 pounds unassisted, but you may also be required to lift heavier items with or without assistance. **Minimum Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you'll need to have: * Within a 6-month period, gained experience in using a computer, predominantly in executing data-related assignments such as data inputting, modifying, accessing, and outputting * Gained six-months' worth of expertise using widely-used retail technology equipment such as smartphones and tablets * Obtained sales-related licensure or registration, which is a necessary competence in the field **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates who have: * Six months of experience in the retail sector * Experience working in a home improvement or hardware retailer * Completed a 6-month period working in any department at a arenaflex retail store * Experience in retail merchandising, including Zone Recovery, stocking, down stocking, facing/fronting product, pricing, maintaining signage, and housekeeping * Proficiency in inspecting, relocating, loading, and discharging materials or goods from transportation modes **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
