**Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

- Solid PC skills, including data entry, systems navigation, basic troubleshooting, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Reliable internet connection (minimum of 50 Mbps download speed).
- PC or Laptop with at least Windows 8 or High Sierra IOS.
- USB Headset for taking calls.
- Dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Ability to work 30+ hours per week, minimum.
- Ability to work at least one weekend day per week (weekend shifts are shorter from 7 AM to 12 PM).
