**Join Our Team**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our policyholders, answering their questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations to ensure they receive the best possible service. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, where no two days are ever the same. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Answer billing questions, make policy changes, and provide recommendations to policyholders
* Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex products and services
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Qualifications & Skills**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
* Strong computer and multi-tasking skills, with experience using CRM software and other technology tools
* Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes quickly
* Open to feedback and coaching to support performance and development
