You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring that customers feel valued and supported. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering top-notch service, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions * Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Answer customer questions and provide product information * Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers * Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills **Qualifications** * A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field * An understanding of excellent customer care concepts * Proficiency with computer skills (internet browser, email, ability to learn new software) * Good communication skills both written and oral * Ability to communicate professionally with customers * Ability to handle private and confidential information * A work ethic that demonstrates dependability * Ability to be thorough and complete in tasks **Preferred Qualifications** * Work experience in a call center * Good conflict resolution skills **Schedule** We currently have the following full-time shifts available: * Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm * Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm **Work Environment** As a work-from-home CSR, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
