**Role Overview**
As a Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and assisting with various aspects of our short-term rental business, including:
* Guest and reservation management: Process reservations, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods.
* Virtual property management: Coordinate with housekeepers, arrange amenities, and ensure the smooth operation of our properties.
* Cleaner management, scheduling, and coordination: Oversee the scheduling and coordination of cleaning services, ensuring that our properties are always clean and ready for guests.
* Guest issue resolution: Address and resolve guest issues in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Guest and Reservation Management:
+ Process reservations and respond to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
+ Provide accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods to guests.
+ Ensure that all guest requests are met and exceeded.
* Virtual Property Management:
+ Coordinate with housekeepers to ensure that properties are clean and ready for guests.
+ Arrange amenities and services as needed.
+ Monitor and address any issues related to property maintenance.
* Cleaner Management, Scheduling, and Coordination:
+ Oversee the scheduling and coordination of cleaning services.
+ Ensure that properties are always clean and ready for guests.
+ Address any issues related to cleaning services.
* Guest Issue Resolution:
+ Address and resolve guest issues in a timely and efficient manner.
+ Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
+ Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues.
**Success Metrics**
* Maintain a quick response rate to all inquiries (within 1 hour).
* Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency (within 3 hours or ASAP).
* Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher.
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of customer service experience.
* 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience.
* Must be available to work during normal U.S. business hours (EST).
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with Airbnb customer service.
* Ability to work with multiple technology platforms in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies as needed.
